The Alumni Award is intended to reward outstanding entrepreneurial achievement among past London Business School students. During this year’s conference, two awards will be given: one for early-stage ventures and one for longer-running operations.

Last year’s winners were Ian Zilberkweit MiFPT2000, Chairman and Group Finance Director, Le Pain Quotidien, Moscow, and Anil Ohri SEMBA1999, CEO, Regents Park Heart Clinic.

The awards will be judged by a committee of current students, members of the organising committee, and members both of faculty and of Enterprise 100, the School’s angel investor network, which is sponsoring the award. The judging criteria include the venture’s sales and profit levels, proven ability to raise capital, record in creating employment and the inventiveness of its business model.
