We are excited to announce the 2022 edition of Multiple:X, Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference hosted by London Business School for the last 17 years. This year we will welcome 20+ speakers from leading European and global investors to bring their perspective to the community.
Multiple:X
Multiple:X is the annual flagship Private Equity and Venture Capital Conference hosted by London Business School. Attended by figures spearheading the industry, the conference provides a prestigious platform for rich debate, knowledge sharing and networking among prominent investment professionals and a selection of the brightest students from around the world.
Organisation
Organised by the LBS PE/VC Club, the event capitalises on the deep industry links and academic stature of London Business School to attract over 500 practitioners and enthusiasts each year, from general partners, limited partners, trusted advisors, students and other industry participants.
Structure
The conference will take place on 22nd April 2022 with a morning session devoted to Venture Capital (9:00 - 12:45) and afternoon session dedicated to Private Equity (13.15 - 18:00). Ticket sales are open so hurry up!

Stuart is co-leading Private Equity team at Dartmouth Partners, where he focuses on recruitment for UK & European private equity firms. Stuart has worked with a number of houses, across investment, origination and portfolio teams.
This virtual workshop discusses how best to approach working with recruiters, which firms to target and what are they looking for in the recruiting process.

Bogomil is a partner at Sequoia, where he focuses on developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, security, and SaaS. Before Sequoia, Bogomil held executive leadership positions at Siebel Systems, VMware, Google Cloud and a couple of startups.. Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company. Bogomil holds a BA in Mathematics from Cornell University and an MBA from Stanford University.
Join us for the virtual session on April 21, 6:00-7:00 pm, to hear more from Bogomil on the US VC landscape, which sectors are investors most excited about, and most importantly, what is Sequoia looking for these days. The pandemic has also accelerated another trend which is alternative fundraising options for startups. Traditional fundraising through several rounds with VCs and angel investors is still popular, however, the rise of venture debt and other non-venture funds is noteworthy. What benefits do these alternative funding options have in coparison to traditional venture capitals? What trends might we expect in 2023 and forwards?
