In this session, we will explore how Syensqo, a global specialty chemicals company with more than €6 billion in annual sales, is approaching AI and the role it plays in commercial operations within a global chemicals company.

Néstor Teijeiro Prado, a Product Manager and Product Owner working on commercial AI agents, pricing, and CPQ systems, will share his experience building AI-driven tools across a range of commercial contexts and discuss what these experiences reveal about the opportunities and limitations of AI in practice.
Drawing on real examples and lessons learned, the discussion will examine how AI can support areas such as prospecting, pricing, commercial intelligence, and process automation. About the speaker:
Néstor Teijeiro Prado leads Advanced Commercial Intelligence at Syensqo. He is a Product Manager and Product Owner, and his work centres on commercial AI agents, pricing and Configure, Price, Quote systems. He has spent more than ten years at Solvay, Saint‑Gobain and Medtronic. There he built AI prospecting tools, pricing platforms in CRM and process automation. Most of it sits where messy commercial processes meet AI.
