Nicholas Kirkwood is a luxury footwear designer renowned for his sculpted, architectural shoe designs and catwalk collaborations with emerging labels like Rodarte, Erdem, Roksanda and Peter Pilotto. Launching his first shoe collection in spring 2005, Kirkwood instantly garnered rave reviews from industry insiders, today his shoes are carried at about 150 stores across the world and his own flagship stores in London, New York and Las Vegas.
Paul Kneale received his Master’s in Fine Art from the Slade School of Fine Art (London) in 2011. Works by Kneale have been included in the exhibition Peindre la Nuit at Centre Pompidou Metz (October 2018), Contemporary Photography Forum exhibition of the Boca Raton Museum (Florida, USA), the Rubell Family Collection and in the Arsenale Novissimo (Venice), during La Biennale di Venezia 57°.
ArtColLab is an initiative launched by Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo (Turin, Italy) and spearheaded by Olga Re Rebaudengo, through which young artists will partner with leaders from the fields of fashion, design and gastronomy to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Profits from each sale will go towards creating more opportunities for young artists to exhibit their work and to continue making contemporary art accessible to the public – a cornerstone of the foundation’s work.
