A gothic horror set in 1950s Mexico, following NoemíTaboadaa, a glamorous socialite who travels to a remote countryside mansion after receiving a disturbing letter from her newly married cousin. What she finds at High Place is a decaying house, a strange and controlling family, and secrets that get darker (and creepier) the more she digs.
