BiB x Black Property Network

Black Property Network was founded by Ayesha Ofori, LBS MBA (2021) with the aim of creating a property investment company that helped under-represented groups to get started and to scale their property investments while improving their financial literacy. BPN works with organisations and corporates including Goldman Sachs, having been featured by LBS and won awards such as Black British Business Awards Rising Star Entrepreneur.

BPN's founder and CEO - Ayesha Ofori and its real estate business developer and expert Topsy Taiwo will walk attendees through the foundations of property investing through the lens of both first-time buyers and investors. Covering a range of property investing strategies from buy-to-let to property development to Crowdfunding. The deepdive will also work through case studies of real examples and share BPN top tips including insights on how to structure property investments, access mortgages and much more. The 45 min presentation will be followed by Q&A.
