We are privileged to host as our speaker Kseniya Shvedova, who recently was a Managing Consultant in BRG’s Global Investigations practice in London. In the span of her career, she is advising clients on identifying risks and opportunities in the countries of the former Soviet Union and Central and Eastern Europe.
We will hear a brief introduction and discuss the matters of business risks and due diligence in the region, considering that the business matters are more or less understandable in the European Union we have requested to touch the basis of a non-member states of the union and the risks of running a business or partnering with local businesses.
Kseniya has nearly a decade of experience working on matters related to the region. With a background in international relations, she transferred to the consulting industry in London in 2013. Since then, she has focused on providing business intelligence to clients: anti-bribery/corruption investigations, regulatory and reputational due diligence, asset tracing, litigation support and other forensic investigations projects. She has completed assignments covering financial services, energy and resources, manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceutical, infrastructure and hospitality sectors. Besides regional specialism, Kseniya has managed multi-jurisdictional projects in EMEA, as well as in Asia and the Americas.
Kseniya is a member of Chatham House. She is a co-Chair of Sodruzhestvo, a London based network of professionals working on the FSU and Eastern Europe.
