Details
Recharge your Energy is a 1 hour session focused on staying grounded by reducing stress and anxiety. The session will be delivered by a mindfulness coach with a long experience coaching business leaders and athletes.
It will include:
- Relaxation and anti-stress exercises allowing to disconnect from our concerns
- A short guided meditation allowing us to fully let go of all worries
- Discussion and practical tips for handling common thoughts/issues that come up during recruiting
