Details
Wind-down Evening Yoga is a 45 minute session focused on helping us slow down, gain new energy and bring positive thoughts to the end of our day. Taught by qualified professionals, the session will include:
Low-paced feel good yoga for beginners - with gentle stretches releasing the stress from the most tense part of our bodies (psychosomatic practice)
A very short meditation at the beginning and end of the session
This class is online - prepare comfortable clothes, a good amount of space and a soft surface (e.g. a towel or a yoga mat).
