Building Resilience is a 1 hour session focused on staying mentally fit during recruiting and gaining new skills to keep focused and resilient. This session will be run by Dr Fran Longstaff.
Our ability to cope in high pressure environments plays a significant role in how successful and happy we're likely to be both professionally and personally. If we're not careful, high pressure environments can derail us if we spend too much time thinking about all the things that could go wrong, and what we may have to lose.
Dr Fran Longstaff has extensive experience of working with athletes in high pressure environments to ensure that they perform to their best. With the support of Fran, learn a handful of simple techniques to build your resilience and learn how to view high pressure environments as an opportunity to challenge yourself, rather than something to be fearful of.
