Thinking about starting your own business? Looking to start raising funds outside of friends/family?

Pitching your business is an integral part of entrepreneurship. The Entrepreneurship Club and Debate & Public Speaking Club are excited to bring you a two hour workshop to teach you how to hone your pitch. This workshop will cover the core structure of pitches, common mistakes, how to make your pitch more persuasive and how to adapt to the internet.

Leading this workshop is an alumunus, entrepreneur and Toastmaster, Andrew Tollinton (see bio below).

Andrew is an entrepreneur, public speaking coach and serial pitch judge. He is the co-founder of SIRV, a security software company, the 3 time President of the London Business School Toastmasters Club, and coach to the UK public speaking champion 2018. He has worked with organizations such as the BBC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch to craft sales presentations, investment pitches and conference speeches. He has pitched everything from a £5 lightbulb to a £500m energy project.
