Three years ago I was a portfolio manager running institutional mandates. Today I build with AI for minimum 6 hours a day. The shift was not ideological. It was financial. AI is the lowest-cost, lowest-risk, highest-leverage tool any executive has had access to in a generation. The math works at the personal level, the team level, and the business level.

Most of your peers are still treating AI like a curiosity. A few are using it casually. Almost none are leading with it. The gap between those groups is not intelligence. It is structure.

This session gives you that structure. We start with what AI does and where it breaks. We move to how to talk to it so it does real work. We end with the one workflow you will rebuild this weekend so Monday morning runs differently.
