The Entrepreneurship through Acquisition (EtA) Club is thrilled to announce a leadership workshop by Keziah Robinson.
Considering a partnership or already working with a co-searcher? This session will equip you with the tools, structures, and processes needed to create and sustain an effective partnership.
Through an interactive session, participants will learn:

- Strategies for decision-making, managing disagreements, and delineating responsibilities

co-leadership situation, as well as entrepreneurs and professionals in PEs, VCs, and FOs

Keziah Robinson is the Principal of Cassia Partners, an independent advisory firm specializing in small business transformation, early-stage startups, and ownership transitions. A seasoned business strategist, transformation coach, and investor, Keziah brings over 20 years of experience working with executive leaders, business owners, and founders across diverse industries.
Described by her clients as a “shapeshifter” who can guide business leaders through challenges at any stage of their journey, Keziah blends her expertise in finance with design thinking, behavioral science, and a deep belief in the power and potential of human beings. Her clients range from first-time entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 executives. She is also the founding executive coach for the Perlman ETA Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania and serves as Coach in Residence for BasisTech, a Boston-area investment accelerator focused on AI and business intelligence.
Previously, Keziah held investment research roles at The Capital Group Companies and Fidelity Investments. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS in Physics from Stanford University.
