The Expedition Club is pleased to announce our first major trek within the UK. We have organised a trek that promises to be the most challenging 24 hours of your time at LBS: Climbing the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours!
We will fly from London to Glasgow on Friday afternoon, travel to the ‘base camp’ of Ben Nevis where we spend one night in a hotel. The challenge starts early Saturday and we will take a train back to London on Sunday afternoon from Chester.
No climbing experience is necessary, we will do the challenge in groups with different levels of experience.
Cost include the following:
- Airport transfers to hotel
- Hotel and breakfast one night
- All transportation between the peaks
- Guides for all three climbs
- Transportation to train station Chester
- Train tickets Chester to London
- 3Peaks LBS Goodies
Additional cost (estimates):
- One way flights London to Glasgow (£60)
Dates: September 11th to 13th (Friday afternoon to Sunday evening)
Location: Scotland, England, Wales
Numbers: groups of 10 person maximum, partners are welcome
Cost: around 300£ per person (highly depends on the number of participants)
We will organise some training sessions prior to the challenge!
