From boardriding to board room - Will Hayler's journey to CEO at Wavelength and TicketToRide Group

Will Hayler (CEO & owner of Wavelength Media & Ticket to Ride) comes to campus to talk about making his passion his business.

An avid surfer; Will setup TicketToRide uponleaving university and now has a team of 30 people. in 2014 he acquired Wavelength, the largest surf magazine in the UK and is rapidly changing the business model pioneering partnerships with MINI, Peugeot, & Bentley to leverage surfing's lifestyle associations.

Will will talk about some of the ups and downs of following your passion as well as open up some business issue to the audience. Internship positions will also be discussed.
