Mission
FLII in Business Club is LBS’ newest diversity club, founded in 2021.
FLII stands for First generation, Low and Intermediate income, representing socio-economic diversity.
Besides the struggles in financing their tuition and the costly life at the heart of London/Dubai, FLII students also experience reduced feelings of belonging within the broader LBS community. Even those who have economically ascended often have a hard time building a rapport in social situations due to the gap between their reference points and the perspectives of many other students.
Our mission is to help FLII students to reach their maximum potential in the lead up to, during and after their time at LBS.
