THIRD COOKING AROUND THE WORLD CLASS: CHINA
Next Saturday, MAY 6th at 6pm (UK time), the China Club, by the hand of the chef Asha Xu, will teach us how to cook Chinese style dumplings. Estimated preparation: 1h

BEFORE THE CLASS:
1. Buy the ingredients (dumpling peels can be store-bought or handmade) - Asha will show us how to handmade them in class; you can also buy them premade - they can be found in the frozen aisle of any Asian grocery and are called “dumpling pastry” or “gyoza wrappers.” The sell them in square or circle shapes, get the circle ones.
2. Mince all ingredients - For both the vegetarian and meat options, mince or grate all ingredients and mix in a large bowl. I’ll show you how to wrap the dumplings in class—there are several ways!
