The class will be taught by Head Pastry Chef, Stuart Tarff. Stuart Tarff has won the annual Lexchef competition, Elior ‘Chef of the year’ and has worked in prestigious places from Harrods to Café Martinique. You will learn how to make:
• Sweet pastry – Making and rolling
• Choux pastry – Making and producing profiteroles
• Traditional Bakewell tart
• Rich chocolate tart
The class will be £34 and cover all ingredients and treats to take home.
