FIRST COOKING AROUND THE WORLD CLASS: INDIA
Next Saturday, May 23th at 6pm (UK time), the India Club, by the hand of the chef Pranjal Singh, will teach us how to cook Butter chicken (with vegetarian option). Estimated preparation: 1h

BEFORE THE CLASS:
1. Buy the ingredients
2. Prepare the Marinade

- Non-vegetarian: Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl, and rube it in the meat by hand to ensure the marinade fully sticks to the meat. Keep for an hour to set (or refrigerate overnight)
- Vegetarian: Soak the paneer in hot water for about 15 min. Remove once soft and cut into ½ inch cubes. Mix the ingredients together with a light hand to coat the paneer with the marinade. Set aside for an hour
