Oktoberfest Trek 2015

Programm:

• Thursday, 24.9.: Traditional dress shopping tour (optional) + Walk over Oktoberfest by night (optional)
• Friday, 25.9.: Booked tables in Oktoberfest Tent "Armbrustschützenzelt" from 10am to 4pm
• Saturday, 26.9.: Oktoberfest without booked tables (optional), Chilling in the city (optional), Traditional Bavarian Dinner, After-Wiesn-Club (Open Bar, VIP Area)
• Sunday, 27.9.: Breakfast in hotel

Price: GBP 360 (to be paid immediately)

What is included?

• 3 nights in Hotel*** Neumayr incl. breakfast (4-bed, twin, double and single rooms will be allocated at a later stage; participants can indicate preferences; if preferences do not match availabilities, rooms will be allocated randomly; overall price will be the same for any participant regardless of room type allocated)
• Booked Table in Oktoberfest tent on Friday from 10am to 4pm including vouchers for lunch and 2 litres of beer (or non-alcoholic drinks)
• Traditional Bavarian Dinner (excluding drinks) on Saturday night
• Open Bar After-Wiesn-Club (VIP area) on Saturday night
