- Friday: arrival at The Belfry 4-star Hotel & Resort and opening dinner at the Ryder Restaurant
- Saturday: 18 holes on the PGA National Course, followed by group dinner
- Sunday: 18 holes on the legendary Brabazon Course and awards ceremony
