Monday, May 20th, 11:00 am at LT16 (Sammy Ofer Center)
The Israel Club is thrilled to invite you to an inspiring, thought-provoking, and motivational lecture by Gai Ben-Dor.
Gai is an Israeli social entrepreneur who founded 180° Sport, a social organization that aims to empower people with disabilities. In his lecture, Gai shares the story of how it all began from a short online ad that asked for "A Runner with Soul" which led him to guide a blind person to become an Olympic marathonist, and later on, to climb Mount Everest. Gai also shares his personal experiences and focuses on messages of determination, goals-setting, and overcoming difficulties.
Gai holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and will be visiting London as part of a lecture series in leading organizations. As part of his journey to spread his message amongst business leaders regarding the importance of getting socially involved, Gai has generously agreed to waive his fees for LBS students.
We greatly encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and come hear him on Monday, May 20th, 11:00 am at LT16 (Sammy Ofer Center).
There are two options for tickets available through "campus groups":
1. General free admission
2. A donation ticket that will be forwarded by the Israel Club to 180° Sport to support the organization’s efforts to help people with disabilities achieve their goals. (Donations are optional and there is absolutely no requirement to donate in order to attend the lecture, it is only a way to show your support in Gai’s initiative).
See you there!
