🕯🕯️ Staying home, remembering together 🕯🕯

The Israel Club is honored and grateful to invite you to take part on the Holocaust Memorial Day, this Thursday, January 21st, 8pm London Time, to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust and of more recent genocides.

The event is hosted by the Jewish Museum London and explores the theme of Light from Darkness. We guarantee this talk will be a moving and thoughtful experience.

A remarkable testimony of survival will be given by Survivors and Holocaust education speakers Joan Salter and Ruth Barnett, who will share their testimonies and reflect on the importance of Holocaust Education today. This will be followed by a Q&A and the event will finish with a candle lighting led by the Mayor of Camden.

Following Public Health England’s guidance on Coronavirus, the Jewish Musuem London is currently closed to the public. The event will be therefore delivered via Zoom and is run in partnership with Camden Council.

Please register on Campus Groups or directly on the website of the Jewish Museum London: https://jewishmuseum.org.uk/event/light-from-darkness-holocaust-memorial-day-event/

We will send the Zoom link to all the members that have registered to the event on Campus Groups. Please make sure you can attend the meeting in advance.

For any questions, please contact Avi Baral.
