Details

Edward Bodmer is a world-renowned expert in financial modeling, project finance analysis, and corporate valuation theory and practice. He has over 35 years of experience as a financial advisor on major project finance and M&A transactions globally.

Edward has taught several courses to finance and energy professionals worldwide on topics like renewable energy economics, project finance modeling, energy storage analysis, and power purchase agreements. Some of his past clients include Goldman Sachs, EDF, MIT’s Sloan Business School, UBA Nigeria, Santander Bank, General Electric, CapitaLand, Tenaga, the Korea Banking Institute, Shell Oil, Engie, HSBC, Citibank, CIMB, Linklaters, Aramco, among others.

He recently provided financial advisory services and developed the financial model for a 5,000 MW electricity project costing USD28bn.
