Marcos Buscaglia holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and has a distinguished career as an economist for Latin America at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citibank N.A. He is also a former director of business postgraduate programmes at the Universidad de San Andrés.
