Since joining BCG in 2007, Regis has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including automotive, consumer products, energy, metals and mining, and travel. His focus is on collaborating with clients in the consumer and industrial goods industries on issues of strategy and marketing and sales.



Prior to joining BCG, Regis completed internships with Unilever and A.T. Kearney.

Marcela is the General Manager of Uber in Colombia, and she also leads the strategy and planning area for 11 countries in LatAm. She is also the proud mother of 2 young girls.



Prior to joining Uber, Marcela worked for 8 years in McKinsey & Company in Latin America and held other positions in the private and public sector in Colombia. In her early days, she co-founded a microfinance institution which was recognized as the best entrepreneurial project in IE Business School.

Sebastian Mejia built his career working in the financial and technological sectors in New York, before starting his path as an entrepreneur.


In 2013, Sebastián and Simón Borrero founded Grability, a company that offers mobile store solutions. In 2015, they created a spinoff called Rappi, an application that provides a solution in the delivery of products on demand Sebastian Mejia currently serves as the President and Co-Founder for Rappi, which connects the local economy of large urban populations across Latin America through last mile fulfilment of everyday items. Rappi impacts millions of consumers by removing friction of daily activities in cities allowing consumers to have anything delivered in minutes while creating enduring social impact for couriers and merchants alike.

Enrique Beltranena - Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and member of the Board of Volaris, (NYSE: VLRS and BMV: VOLAR) the ultra-low-cost airline with headquarters in Mexico. Volaris operates the most extensive domestic network servicing the US, Mexico and Central America markets since the foundation of the company in March of 2006. Among other awards, Volaris has received the prestigious ESR Award for Social Corporate Responsibility for eleven consecutive years.



Enrique Beltranena has also led the company to successfully complete its initial public offering in both the Mexican Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. In addition, in November 2016, the subsidiary Volaris Costa Rica was inaugurated with the purpose of integrating and connecting the Central American region with low-cost rates and founded Volaris El Salvador.



In 2009, Mr. Beltranena received the Federico Bloch Award by the Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association. In 2011 EY recognized Beltranena as Entrepreneur of The Year in Mexico. Later in 2012, he was incorporated into the EY Hall of Fame in Monaco as part of the leading entrepreneurs of the world. He was awarded the National Order of Merit (Badges of Knight) by the President of France.



According to a prestigious business magazine “Líderes Mexicanos”, Mr. Beltranena has been among the top 300 Mexican leaders for the last 12 years. Enrique Beltranena also led as Chairman of the Board of IPADE-UP Business School. He is a great aviator and works teaching values to young generations. He has been very active in supporting environmental initiatives and active helping immigration families. He is married with four children, currently lives in Mexico City and is an enthusiastic sportsman.

In his role Freddy leads Expedia Group’s market management team at a regional level. He’s also responsible for driving the company’s strategy in Latin America and the Caribbean as well as driving the company’s relationship with partners and governments.



Before joining Expedia Group, Freddy was the CEO and co-founder of ComparaGuru.com (now Coru.com), among Mexico’s largest online financial marketplace. He also served as management consultant with Booz and Company.



Together with his work at Expedia Group, Freddy is a board member, investor and mentor in multiple startups, technology companies and venture funds in Latin America.
