Our speaker, Dan Simmons, spent most of his career as a commander in the SAS, Britain's elite special forces, operating in small teams in dangerous environments around the world. He recently left the Army to set-up his own leadership consultancy, helping business leaders to apply what he's learnt about teamwork and leadership and has offered to share some of his lessons with LBS.
