The Net Impact team is delighted to invite you to a panel speaker event with Rina Goldenberg Lynch, CEO of diversity and inclusion consultancy Voice at the Table,  Richard Norrie of Policy Exchange and Fleur Hicks, MD of digital agency 140.

This event forms part of a series of CSR and sustainability focused discussions that will take place on campus throughout the year to highlight the latest thinking in these spheres. In this session, Rina, Richard & Fleur will explore diversity initiatives in the workplace, debate why a lot of corporate diversity policies don’t succeed and discuss how to truly create diverse corporate environments.
