Ogilvy Pride is hosting 'The Glass Closet' speaker event with Lord Browne and Sir Martin Sorrell at Ogilvy East. Today gay men and women in the Western world enjoy greater acceptance and more legal protection than ever before. Yet an alarming number of businessmen and women choose to remain closeted at work. In Lord Browne's book, The Glass Closet, he argues that whether you’re lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or straight, it’s better for you, your business and the economy when you bring your authentic self to work.
