Mission
The mission of the People Strategy Club is to provide the LBS community with opportunities to explore and unleash their true leadership potential by discovering and developing people management skills.

Objectives:
1. Skill Development - Create a safe space for the LBS community to develop and practice leadership and people management skills through various speaker events and workshops.
2. LBS Partnerships - Build stronger ties and work in tandem with the LBS Leadership Institute and Organisational Behaviour faculty.
3. Community and Pathways - Engage and support a community of passionate people-people through fostering connections and networking and creating awareness of people strategy careers.

Membership Benefits
- Receiving information about events organised by the People Strategy Society
- Receiving recruitment information regarding roles related to People Strategy
- Receiving other relevant information such as non-LBS events, learning materials, and professor-led projects
