Have you ever wondered:
- Why Japan has a unique work culture of long-working hours, low gender diversity and low flexibility to switch jobs?
- How the work environment will change in the "new normal"?
- What we can do as individuals to create positive changes to organisations and individuals?

We are inviting Prof Lynda Gratton, award-winning LBS professor and council member of Former Prime Minister Abe’s council on social change. She was featured on the front cover of Forbes Japan's June issue where she explores the roles of leaders in evolving individual work styles.
Her new article for Harvard Business Review, featured on the front cover of their magazine, explores how hybrid work provides an opportunity to reset how we work.

As panelists, we will have three of our fellow MBA students, Mika from Hitachi, Ash from Sysmex Corporation, and Kota from Mercer, who have professional work experience in Japan.
