We are pleased to bring you a Vinyasa Yoga class in partnership with the Yoga & Mindfulness Club.

The Vinyasa Yoga class led by Dani is an energising sequence that targets the entire body using Vinyasa postures and finishes with core strengthening exercises. The class will end off with some stretch and relaxation exercises.

Daniela is a fellow partner and certified Yoga Alliance instructor. For her, yoga is a way of living that allows people to find the perfect balance between body, mind and soul, which altogether empower them to live a healthier and happier life.

Daniela is a Partner of an MBA 2022 student. She was certified by Yoga Alliance after performing Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in NYC (2018). She has been teaching yoga for beginners, intermediate and advanced students for the last two years. For her, yoga is a way of living that allows people to find the perfect balance between body, mind and soul, which altogether empower them to live a healthier and happier life.
