The Retail, Luxury & Consumer Club (RLCC) is excited to host our London Retail & Luxury Trek from Mon, Nov 17 – Fri, Nov 21, spotlighting founders and teams behind some of the capital’s most authentic, fast-growing brands (with a couple of icons in the mix).

💷 Tickets are £15 per person and spots are first-come, first-served, no application required. Each participant may register for up to 3 events, depending on availability.

🎟️ Ticket Sales:
The first ticket release will go live on Tuesday, 5 November, and will close on Sunday, 9 November at 23:55.
A second sale will open later for events with TBC timings, once final schedules are confirmed.

🎯 Trek Schedule & Company Line-Up

Monday November 17 – Jo Malone London: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Flagship store tour and immersive fragrance experience at one of the UK’s most iconic beauty houses.

Monday November 17 – Jessica McCormack: 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Store tour and exclusive talk from CEO Leonie Brantberg inside Jessica McCormack’s renowned Mayfair townhouse atelier.

Tuesday November 18 – Public House Group: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM at The Hart
Restaurant and kitchen tour at The Hart, followed by a talk with Founder Olivier van Themsche on building a London-based hospitality collective.

Wednesday November 19 – Astrid & Miyu: 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Flagship store visit featuring a one-hour talk with the founder and team, followed by a Q&A session and 30–60 minutes of private shopping afterwards.

Thursday November 20 – Emilia Wickstead: 12:00 PM – 1.30 PM
Office visit and founder talk on the brand’s journey and its product design and production process, followed by a visit to their atelier.

Thursday November 20 - Makers: 3:00PM – 4:30PM
Shop visit and conversation with Founder Noor Freiha

5 Hertford Street: Timing TBC
Tour of the members’ club and talk with management

Sotheby’s: Timing TBC
Tour of the luxury section and discussion with management team

Charlotte Tilbury: Timing TBC
Store tour to discover the artistry and brand storytelling behind one of Britain’s most globally influential beauty names.

Harrods: Timing TBC
Exclusive store tour at one of the world’s most iconic department stores.

Please note, the attendee list will be shared with the companies on November 10th

Cancellations must be made by November 10th except for serious or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be given, but transfers can be arranged. Unnotified no-shows will reflect poorly on LBS and impact our opportunity to conduct future events. No-shows may impact your eligibility for future treks, including our highly anticipated Paris and Milan treks.
