Retail & Luxury Industry Alumni Event 2017

The Retail and Luxury Goods Club is delighted to invite you to the 2017 annual alumni event. This will see the coming together of LBS alumni, students and luxury goods professionals to celebrate the New Year and share news, experiences and aspirations. A great opportunity to boost your network in the sector and make new friends, last year’s event welcomed representatives from companies such as LVMH, Selfridges, the Yoox Net-a-Porter Group and the Kering Group.

The evening will also include remarks by Alessandra Basso, Worldwide Customer Relationship Director at Fendi, the LVMH group and an alumna of the London Business School MBA programme. Alessandra will discuss customer experience trends in retail and luxury and the opportunities of creativity commercialization, that she developed at the British Fashion Council. She will also talk about her career shift into luxury and experience at Fendi, part of the LVMH group.
