Founded in 1856, Burberry is a global luxury brand with a British identity. No fashionista's wardrobe is void of a Burberry trench coat. Lately, Burberry has become known for its new brand positioning with its digital strategy playing a key role. Placing their products at the centre of their communications, they leverage their digital and social media reach to convey new energy. Burberry is changing customer perception using bold consumer engagement, reinventing editorial content and increasing their focus on experiences to continually engage consumers with the brand.

Biography:
As VP of Marketing, Digital at Burberry, Rachel Waller is responsible for all of the luxury brand’s owned channels across social, platforms, email and messaging.

Before joining Burberry in 2018, Rachel was the Global Brand & Online Communications Director of Farfetch. She was the second person to be appointed to Farfetch’s original marketing team in 2011. During her seven years with the luxury etailer, Rachel built brand awareness of Farfetch across 22 markets and in nine different languages. She also set up and scaled Farfetch’s paid search, affiliates, social and email channels. Previously, Rachel held positions with Mediacom and Affiliate Window.
