Do you want to be a part of the 26^th edition of the biggest MBA Sports Tournament? If yes, then don’t miss your chance to participate in MBAT 2016 with 224 of your closest friends:

• Date: May 5 - 8, 2016
• Location: HEC Paris
• Price: £410 Includes round-trip transportation, accommodation, food, sports, drinks, parties and kit (jacket with flag, sports shirt). Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Your ticket will be reserved for 15 minutes after you register to allow time to complete the questions and pay.
• Sign-up:  March 17, 2016  at 12:00 pm. Users are allowed to buy only one ticket. Partners are also welcome, but they will need to purchase their own tickets with their CampusGroups account. It is not possible to access the Tournament unless you have a ticket.
• Get engaged:  This is a sporting event, so it is mandatory that you play at least one sport.
• Waiting List and Resale: There is a limited number of tickets, and once they are sold out we will be managing a waiting list. Direct reselling of tickets will not be allowed, and if you are no longer able to attend please inform us at mbat@london.edu.

When signing up, you need to bear in mind:

• Class attendance: Please consider your core and elective commitments and respective attendance requirements prior to purchasing a ticket.
• Trains scheduled include (these are the only train times available, there is no flexibility to change them):
  • Outbound: May 5, 2016 at 7:55 (arriving in Paris at 11:17). Limited number of tickets available at 17:31 (arriving in Paris at 20:47). Evening tickets will be reserved for people with class conflicts at first.
  • Inbound: May 8, 2016 at 13:13 (arriving in London at 14:30)
  • Transportation to HEC: Apart from the Eurostar round trip, there will be bus transportation from Paris to HEC Campus upon arrival and on the return day as well.
• Accommodation: LBS has a hotel just minutes away from HEC campus by bus (we will organize buses for transport)
• Kit: The sign up process requires you to select a kit size. Next term, we will schedule 2-3 sessions of kit trials, allowing you to make changes as necessary.
• Sports registration: Rank 3 sports in order of preference and the team will try their best to allocate you according to your preferences. However this does not mean you’re guaranteed your top picks, nor does it mean you’re required to play 3 sports. It is only mandatory to play one sport, but you can play as many as scheduling permits.
• Additional information required to sign up: Nationality, visa requirement, choice of flag(s) on your kit, dietary restrictions.

Visa registration: Please click here to check if you require a visa. If you do require a visa, please make sure to indicate that in the registration form. The MBAT Committee will provide supporting documentation for your visa application.
