**For vs. Non-profit Business Structure**
We will learn about the operational differences between for-profit and non-for-profit businesses, given financing and legal choices' constraints and opportunities. What makes a social enterprise attractive to investors from a business model and financial perspective? What makes NGOs successful in a donor landscape? How can an entrepreneur make strategic structural choices?
