Did you enjoy the candid discussion with our panelists on "Developing your profile for a career in impact investing?" Let's take the next step together. We will dive deep into the impact investing process with two renowned firms in this space.

Kicking off, we have Big Society Capital back on campus (virtually)!
Join us as Jeremy Rogers, Chief Investment Officer at BSC, takes us through a typical due diligence of a proposition. Jeremy will give us a close-up view on how BSC thinks about the impact proposition (including potential for systems change), the management team, financial returns and more.

About Big Society Capital and Jeremy Rogers:
With signed investments worth £604M, Big Society Capital helps improve the lives of people in the UK through social impact investment. We work with expert partners to understand people’s needs first. Then, using our knowledge and capital, we collaborate and invest with fund managers who also want to create a better, sustainable future.

Jeremy Rogers has over 20 years of experience in the charitable and investment sectors. He has had voluntary or non-exec roles at eleven charities or social enterprises including the Princes Trust, Ashoka, Big Issue Invest, Jubilee Debt Campaign and Pilotlight. Jeremy started his investment career as a pit trader on the LIFFE floor for SG Warburg. Jeremy later set up and ran JP Morgan’s European High Yield Trading group, growing it to be the market leader and becoming JP Morgan’s youngest Managing Director. He then became a Partner at Praxient Capital, a multi-asset investment fund.
