BCG TURN Presentation

The Turnaround & Restructuring Club is excited to present you with the BCG TURN Presentation. The event will be led by Philip Jones, who is a Partner at the Boston Consulting Group and Associate Director at BCG TURN in the UK.

Philip has 30+ years of experience in operations management, corporate transformation and turnarounds. He is highly proficient in rationalization, organizational redesign, manufacturing performance transformation, field service optimization, maintenance optimization, footprint optimization, and cost reduction. Phil has worked in a wide range of industries and sectors including industrial and consumer goods, and in large corporates, as well as private equity portfolio organizations. Before joining the firm, he was a director at AlixPartners.

The presentation will give an overview of BCG’s role in helping clients to plan and execute business transformation initiatives and corporate turnarounds. This event is aimed at anyone who considers a career in management consulting, wants to have an initial understanding of what the Firm does in the above-mentioned practices and learn the insights on recent developments of the industry.
