Operational and financial restructuring: A case study with Alix Partners

Turnarounds and restructurings are often messy, high-pressure and time-sensitive. So what does it take to successfully diagnose and correct the problems in an organisation in need of change?

The LBS Turnaround Management and Restructuring Club is delighted to host Steve Braude, Co-lead of Alix Partners' EMEA Leisure practice in London.

Steve will introduce Alix Partners' Enterprise Improvement and Turnaround & Restructuring businesses, and take us through a recent high-profile restructuring case study of a project that he led (a company that featured prominently in the news over the last few years).

Steve has 20 years of experience in operational restructuring and transformation, and has spent a large proportion of his career working with major travel, hospitality and leisure companies, including some of the highest profile turnaround and restructuring engagements in Europe. Steve has experience across the full range of situations, from rapid growth to insolvency, and supports clients to successfully execute their most critical programmes.

This is an event not to be missed and is aimed at anyone looking to get a better understanding of Alix Partners and what it takes to successfully complete a turnaround project.
