With accusations of Uber's supposedly corrosive culture floating around the airwaves, there is a serious discussion ongoing about the types of cultures that spring up out of high-growth companies. Of course, this discourse is not new (for those that remember the articles written about Amazon a few years back), but remains vital for those seeking employment in the tech or startup space.

This event is mainly geared for those who are looking to join (or start!) a fast growing company. How do you ensure you understand the company's cultural DNA before you sign your next job offer?

This interactive discussion will be led by Brett Putter, the Founder & CEO at CultureGene

Brett is a thought leader and opinion former in the increasingly important area of business culture. Brett is the founder & CEO of CultureGene a company culture consultancy working with high growth scale up companies
Brett interviews founders and CEOs of successful high-growth start-ups to better understand how they defined, developed and implemented their company’s culture. He publishes his interviews on the Start-up Hierarchy of Needs blog and speaks and runs workshops on the subject of company culture. Brett is an investor in Seedcamp funds I, II & III and an investor in and advisor to a number of high growth start-up.
Prior to founding CultureGene Brett spent 16 years as the Managing Partner of a leading executive search firm where he successfully completed CxO, VP and Director level searches for hundreds of start-up and high-growth companies in the UK, US and across EMEA. He has interviewed more than 5,000 senior executives over the past 16 years.
