Abadesi has spent the last 8 years in London’s tech scene and has held growth-oriented roles at major tech companies from Amazon, Groupon, HotelTonight, Product Hunt, & AngelList.
She founded Hustle Crew in autumn 2016 to level the playing field for women and other underrepresented groups in tech.

Abadesi Osunsade is the founder of Hustle Crew, a career advancement community for the underrepresented in tech, and the author of careers advice book, "Dream Big Hustle Hard: A Millennial Woman’s Guide to Success in Tech."
Hustle Crew's mission is to use mentorship, inspirational talks and training to help underrepresented individuals overcome the invisible barriers that hinder their personal development and career progression in tech. Since 2016, Abadesi has delivered over 50 talks and workshops to thousands of 20-somethings at top tech firms and universities including Google, Pinterest, Oxford and Imperial.
Abadesi Osunsade was born in Washington DC to Nigerian and Filipina parents and moved to the UK in her teens to complete her education. She received a BSc. (Honours) in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics and wrote for the Financial Times before joining London's tech scene in 2011. She currently works on the community team at Product Hunt / AngelList and previously held growth-oriented roles at HotelTonight, Amazon and Groupon, where she joined a year before the IPO and helped to scale her team 5X in her first 8 months.
