Jenny is a corporate lawyer and extreme endurance athlete who skied solo to the South Pole. Skiing 1150km (715 miles) while dragging an 80 kg sledge packed with survival essentials, Jenny completed the incredible feat in 43 days, unsupported and unassisted.
In addition to being a corporate lawyer by day and an endurance athlete in her spare time, Jenny is an advocate for increasing female participation in sport and adventure. She runs an annual women’s team who together take part in adventure globally and inspire other women to take on their own outdoor challenges.

Jenny Wordsworth is a U.K. lawyer, extreme endurance athlete and mountaineer. In her role as athlete for The North Face, Jenny has competed around the world in multi-day running and endurance events and in recent years took that determination and experience to cooler climbs.
Jenny has completed mountaineering and long-distance skiing expeditions in both the Arctic and Antarctica. She first attempted to break the women's speed record of skiing 700 miles solo, unsupported and unassisted from the coastline of Antarctica to the South Pole in 2019 but her attempt was cut short and she was medically evacuated. Jenny returned to Antarctica last year and this time managed to complete her lifelong dream of arriving at the Pole.
