This series is a great way to learn about various roles and career paths within the finance industry, as well as to have more intimate discussions with our various speakers. The events will cover a variety of prevalent topics affecting women in these industries. The aim is for sessions to be interactive, with candid and open discussions about the various topics.

Linda joined the Endless Leeds office in October 2018 and is responsible for deal sourcing, in-house due diligence and portfolio management. She initially graduated from Warwick Business School and obtained her ACA qualification at PwC where she gained experience across Assurance, Forensics, Consulting / Operations and was part of the Restructuring - Debt & Capital Advisory team prior to joining Endless.
Linda is passionate about improving Diversity & Inclusion in her industry, driven by her own challenges coming from an Asian background while growing up in the Czech Republic and by often being the only female on her teams working in a male-dominated industry. As a result, Linda led the Female Mentoring Scheme at PwC which won the PwC Empowerment Award in 2018. More recently, Linda established a Diversity & Inclusion Team at Endless, driving cultural changes at Endless and across the wider portfolio. She has also been representing Endless by actively participating in D&I focus groups with the BVCA and Level 20. In 2020, Linda was featured on the Reals Deals Future 40 Diversity & Inclusion Leaders.
