WTRC Gives Back with Smart Works

It’s time to give back and bring some of that infectious WTRC energy and spirit to the larger London community! Join us in partnering with Smart Works for a day of service and help them raise £60,000 through their Annual Sale event at the Rich Mix in Shoreditch. We’ll then walk over to The Water Poet for a well-deserved R&R and some WTRC bonding time. All playing and social members are welcome!

Smart Works is a UK charity that provides high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training to women in need. The organization empowers women with the confidence, the self-belief and the practical tools required to succeed at interview and start a new chapter of their life.

And the Water Poet, you ask? Well, it’s a multitasking gem with an array of spaces including dining rooms, an enormous beer garden, a pool parlour and a cinema.

Plan for the day:
9:00am - 12:15pm: Volunteer activity at the Rich Mix in Shoreditch (35-47 Bethnal Green Rd, London E1 6LA)
12:45 - 2pm: Refuel with a delicious brunch / Sunday roast at The Water Poet (9-11 Folgate St, Spitalfields, London E1 6BX)
