Details

Dubbed as UK's most effective workout, Rowbots offers 45 minutes of full-intensity interval training, engineered to break mental and physical barriers and awaken your inner strength and resilience. While usually incorporating a rower under normal circumstances, these virtual sessions will focus only on powerful floor movements that can be done at home with or without equipment.

All levels are welcome.

Equipment (Optional! No worries if you don't have anything!)
- Mat
- 1 light (~4kg) + 1 medium-heavy dummbell (10 - 12 kg)
- If you do not have dumbbells you may use alternative equipment such as resistance bands or water bottle, or do bodyweight exercises
