Fun acting Opportunity for LBS video

We are looking for 8-10 amateur actors who would be interested in acting in a short film which we plan to produce as part of the on boarding and promotion of one of our OPEN Executive Education Finance Programmes.

The film would be shot at LBS in one of the boardrooms. The actors would play the parts of various directors and heads of departments of a company. The plot being that the company’s finances are not doing too well and the CEO is questioning his/her various heads of department as to why and what can be done.

The aim of the film is to show the importance of understanding basic Finance & Accounting terms.

The actors themselves do not need to be well versed in Finance and Accounting terms can be explained and if necessary lines can be scripted. There will also be scope for improvisation, however.

The film will be made with member of Faculty Chris Higson and will be shot and edited by an external professional filming supplier.

We’d be looking for a total of 8-10 and the filming would take up 1 or maximum 2 days in late May/June/early July. We would fit the filming in around any exam periods.

Although we can’t offer any financial incentive to the actors, this would be a great opportunity to be professionally filmed and feature in a London Business School branded short film.
