Who doesn't like ramen on a cold winter day?🍜

Do you want to explore a new recipe during lockdown? China Club and Japan club are co-hosting a ramen cooking class for you!!

Our chefs Asha Xu (MBA2021, China Club)👩‍🍳 and Mika Otakeguchi (MBA2022, Japan Club)👩‍🍳 are collaborating to make a delicious Soy Sauce Ramen (Shoyu Ramen) and will teach how to make the soup and noodle and prepare toppings from scratch. 🍜🍜🍜

In addition, we will introduce the wonderful noodle culture of China and Japan, and answer some of your questions, like what is the difference between ramen and beef noodle “牛肉面” ?

This is also your chance to enter in our Instagram competition! Post a picture of your finished product, tag @lbs_chinaclub and @lbs_japan_club_official and we’ll pick a winner for an Amazon gift card.
