Laps around Regent's Park - all fitness levels welcome

It's time to restart our regular morning laps of Regent's Park ...

All fitness levels are welcome - if you're new to cycling just come along for a couple of laps, or feel free to arrive a little later. We'll keep an eye on the RCOG carpark with every lap.

We'll leave from the slip road off Outer Circle leading into the the LBS and RCOG carparks (essentially outside Laing House). Departure time is 6:30am SHARP - if you come late, either ride clockwise until you meet the group, or wait and we'll pick you up on a subsequent lap. At about 8am we'll head off for a coffee at the cart on the steps of Marylebone Church (cnr Marylebone High Street and Marylebone Rd).

If there are any doubts about the weather, don't hesitate to contact me. So long as it isn't raining, we'll go ahead.
