It must be stressed that this is open to ALL ability levels.
The aim of these sessions is to get a bit of exercise done and have fun! So if you fancy a fun workout and you’re short on time, this may be just the thing. There will always be LBS Cycling Club members there to help with anything and spur you on.
If that has not persuaded you, then perhaps the incentive of getting to know fellow cyclists at LBS in the warmth of the gym and train for one of our marquee events can provide the motivation to join us for a spin.
The bikes will be linked up to a large screen so that we can escape to the sunny Dolomites rather than a drizzly London. The structure of the workout will be the same HIIT-style routine for all participants, however, each person can push themselves to their own personal limit through the bike’s functionality.
It is strongly recommended that for each session you bring a large water bottle and towel. Cycle clothing is not obligatory although the bikes are compatible with SPD pedals (the small, double-sided ones). It is asked that you arrive promptly as we will begin the workout all together.
There are plenty of bikes available, but if you could register each week on Campus Groups if you will be joining us then it will help us know how many people to expect and how many bikes to prepare.
